Since I'm allergic to dairy, he had to do the taste testing. He took a bite and made a face so I wasn't sure if it was a meh face or not, but then the face was followed by an audible "mmm, that is amazingly good, Jen." And I knew I had a winner. Ingredients
1.5 scoops Cellucor Corfetti Whey
5 T almond butter
1 T coconut oil
3 packets stevia
Unsweetened shredded coconut ( I use let's do organic shredded and dehydrated)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. You should achieve a dough like consistency. Form small balls with the dough and place on parchment paper. Pour a small amount of the shredded coconut into a small plate. Roll each ball into the coconut until the desired amount of coconut is on each. Place the balls into Tupperware, cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour to allow them to firm up. Enjoy! You can thank me later :)
