Stay On Track Over The Holidays

1. Stay Active When the temperature drops it drains the motivation from even the most motivated worker outer (that should totally be a word). Avoid the temptation to stay home by the fire by staying active. There are plenty of workouts that can be done from the comfort of our own home with little to no equipment. Are you a mom? Get the kids involved and make it a game.  On a busy schedule? Start slow and shoot for at least 3 sessions a week. Trust me, you won't be dissapointed! 2. Prepare Your Meals Not only are the holidays full of sweets and treats everywhere we go, it's always the time where socialize the most. Stay on track nutritionally by planning your meals. At the very least prepare your breakfasts and lunches for the week so that it isn't tempting to eat a holiday pastry before lunch. This will allow you to have so much more balance over the holidays.
