Peppermint Vanilla, Birthday Cake Coconut Lime...Are you drooling yet? I know I was when I saw the flavors of these little packets of yumminess. I ripped these suckers open so quickly when I got my box. Cravings are tough to beat especially if you have made a change nutritionally, are competing, or just want to try something different. That is why I am so excited about this gum. Here is my review for Project 7 Gum (http://project7.com/).  The taste of this gum is out of this world. My favorite flavor would have to be the Coconut Lime and lemonade. I am sure you were expecting me to say that Birthday Cake was my favorite (trust me so was I) but the flavor of the Birthday Cake, while it was DELICIOUS, lasted only briefly. I do love how creative these guys are with their gum flavors and I can only imagine that they will come out with more. The company itself is amazing. For some reason I felt like baking or creating something fun! Ok not for no reason at all, because I love sharing it with all of you. That aside, it was disheartening that I can't eat my little creations because I'm on competition prep again. This time though I've had no cravings which made it easier to experiment in the kitchen. My hubby had a sweet tooth so I jumped at the opportunity to whip up something fun. He took a bite and made a face so I wasn't sure if it was a meh face or not, but then the face was followed by an audible "mmm, that is amazingly good, Jen." And I knew I had a winner....
